Following Steps to be implemented prior to contractor onboarding:
- Contractor should adhere to Contract Labour Act (Abolition & regulation) 1970.
- Contactor should be registered under Government Regulations.
- Previous Client history and authenticity of services.
- Contractor’s services should be as per ISO standards.
- Contractor should follow optimum safety standards.
- Contractor’s Manpower Criminal and Background check is must.
- Contractor should follow Quality Management and OHSE policies.
- Manpower should be aware of Safety norms and industrial standards.
- Reports provided to customer should be in accordance to Industrial standards.
- Police verification and submission of official documents.
Below are the list of documents to be submitted by Vendor/Contractor:
- Principle Employer’s certificate in Form V.
- Annexure of manpower of the company (Principle Employer)
- Registration certificate of the company (Principle Employer)
- Employee details (ID No.name,address,DOJ,DOB) in Form XIII (13)
- Copy of original agreement.
- Registration certificate under Shops & Commercial Establishment Act.(Contractor)
- Pan Card of the Company or Proprietor in case of individual.
- Registration certificate of EPF. (Contractor)
- Registration certificate of ESI. (Contractor)
Prior to collaboration with Rapid Engineering services, the contractor should fulfil the above requirements.
